Posting photos

When I switched computers I lost the instructions on how to post photos. I've tried to search the site but can't find the instructions. Can somebody tell me where to find the instructions.

Resize to 350-500
Download back to yourself
Hit upload attachment
Choose file.
With mine I hit documents then images
Pick a picture and hit done
Hit add the file
Hit place in line

I use
http://www.picresize.com/
And download them back to myself and place in a resized album then post off of my images

This is one of the sites that is fairly user friendly- especially if I can use it. At the bottom where it says options it has upload attachment and then you browse your files to upload.
