Gun/storage box ideas? Subaru Outback

Has anyone made a gun/storage box in their suv. Specifically a Subaru Outback. Looking for ideas. It won't be deep enough for my guns unless I break them down. That's what I plan on doing. I also want to fit a crate on top. I have a Brittany so it not a big one. I would love to see some pictures of yours. I've seen pics of some that even have a slide out table top to inspect the dog on or put a camp stove on.
