AF Trial placements

Post by cjhills » Fri Feb 12, 2016 3:12 pm

Is there a web site for American Field where you can search trial placements. If so do you search by dog name, number, handler or owner............Cj

Current placements are mentioned in THE FIELD magazine but not past placements. I don't remember where you can search up past placements. Il'll be interested in the answer. I'll ask at the FIELDTRIALER forum as most there trial and should know.

"AFTCA has a searchable database for amateur placements, though it is not complete, they are working on it. For open wins you will have to call the American Field office, they are cordial and most helpful." quote Neil M. from the FieldTrialer forum.

cj -

You can subscribe to the AFTCA website without joining the AFTCA as an individual member. All they want is your e-mail. It will show you only the AMATEUR placements that were earned by the dog, if those amateur placements were won at an AFTCA member club trial, and if the member club had its dues paid up. it will not show you any open placements unless the owner/handler of the dog refused the purse.

If you are a member of the American Field, you can ask for the particulars on(I think), one dog every month.

I hope this helps.
