I bought a Garmin T5 mini back in Aug 2015 and now trying to get another system, but have not had any response from 3 emails which were return emails to the back and forth emails used to buy the T5 mini. Influentialsclub@garmin.com

Does anyone know if they are even still in business?

I have talked to 2 Garmin sales reps on the phone and they have no answer.

The Influentials Club I'm told is a completely separate department with no phone # and can only b e reached by email, which is not happening at this time.

Any ideas?

Scott, did you have any luck wit this? I read somewhere (although it could have been inaccurate) that Garmin did away with the Influential's Club.

they still have the club but it does not do a whole lot. when it was tritronics they used to give us shirts and caos and about 40% off on products. now it is just a little discount and their prices are higher than many other places so you do not gain much.....................Cj
