flea and tick prevention

Has anyone on here used "Serento flea and tick collars " supposed to last for 8 months. I use Advantix II with good luck. Seems as tho collar would be an easy way out , but don't have any idea of good and or safe. Thanks

Have not used Serento myself but read good things about it from others

I have several friends who are very happy with that collar. Don't use it myself.

I just switched to them this year. Ill never use anything else again.

yes, the name is Seresto though. Best flea and tick prevention I have ever used on one of my dogs. We ended up getting a collar for our cat, too. On the rare occasion I find a tick on my Britt, it is almost never attached and usually dead.
