Has anyone used the dt systems rapt 1450 e-collar? I am looking to get a new collar this year, but I haven't found a lot of reviews on it. I am looking for a e-collar with a locator on it for my GSP. It seems to be a decent price for what I am looking for. Just wanted to get some feedback on that or other suggestions for collars.

I can't speak for the DT Systems Rapt 1450 but if I was you I'd take a serious look at the Dogtra 2500T&B. I have the 2502T&B and it has been absolutely great. I know it's a little more money than the DT but well worth it in my opinion. Not sure how the two stack up feature to feature but they appear to be quite similar.

Not sure what you mean by a "locator on it". I also use the Dogtra 2500 B/T. It has a beeper button that tells you where the dog is up to about 400 yards depending on the terrain. Have used one for many years with no problems. ( I now use the one for 2 dogs.) If we were allowed to use a GPS system in Ontario , I would go for that.
