Placed an order for a check cord this past Tuesday. PayPal went through and was accepted. Did not receive order confirmation. I sent an email inquiry on Wednesday and attempted to call contact # today....no dice.
Is Permatack still in business? According to website they are.
Has anyone ordered from them lately?
Any info appreciated, as if I don't hear from them in some fashion I will seek a refund.

They are - Mary should call you back. It's a totally family-run business and who knows what might be going on. I will say that they're usually right on top of things, so maybe something is happening with the family. Well worth the wait though - Mary does good work. I always buy my leashes, couplers, and checkcords from them.
