help with posting pictures????

I click the upload and it does.... then nothing?????? I will get better promise. I searched how to post pics but all it does is find the words in recent posts.

Quite a few ways. This is mine.
Resize picture to 450 or 500 the big way.
I use http://www.picresize.com/
I download it back to disc which goes to my pictures.
I keep a resized file in my pictures.
When you hit choose file I have to hit documents then images to get to my pics.
Click on a resized picture.
It shows in the white space
Hit add the file
It moves it over then hit place inline
