That's a interesting video. I had a litter where they were all born within 6 hours ( 7 pups) but 2 looked exactly like your big and tiny pic. The pups were sold ahead of time but no one wanted that runt. I kept her and she went on to do fine in the AF trials.

(runt on the top and big boy on the tail end)

My female just had a litter first pups 6 total. It started 2pm last Wednesday with 3 ,the last one at 8 pm Wednesday. Gave her shot of Oxytocin Thursday morning around 9 am. She went on to deliver 2 more health pups. Number 6 didn't make it, had to have a c section for removal. Didn't have any size difference like the video but all 5 are health.crazy few days.

Had a litter of 10 once. Puppy 10 was born about 12 hours after puppy 9. Similar size and very healthy. She was crawling towards the milk before mom even had her cleaned up. But then I also had a litter of 6 with the whole litter taking nearly 15 hours and lots of vet assistance, calcium injections, and oxytocin to deliver. We were literally on the last Oxytocin injection attempt before going to C-section and mom rallied and delivered the last one happy and healthy.
