Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this book? I know that they were reprinting them a few years ago, but that number I had does not work any longer. Can anyone help?

I noticed that the author passed away in 2012 so not sure if anyone is going to print anymore. I too wouldn’t mind a copy. Good luck, Dave
