I've had a lot of dog's but only one that really hated the vet. My Hannah is the hallmark for me of a bird dog. gone about 18 yrs now and still miss her. But trip's to the vet really got to her, but not until we got there and were walking to the door. Once she saw that door she'd run every way other than to the door! Had to pull her through the door and inside until we left, she looked like she'd just had the whipping of her life. She wouldn't even accept a treat from the lady where you sing in. Waiting she would sit right in front of me with her hed buried between my legs. God I miss her!

My dogs don't mind the vet and -- post TPLO surgery -- my big male kind of liked the water treadmill at the rehab center. But, while they are well-mannered, a grooming table is not their favorite place to be.
