New Guy Here

Post by WielandGSP » Tue Aug 07, 2018 7:08 pm

New to this forum. Thought I would introduce myself. Been on another dog forum for 6 years or so, but new to this one. I live in Idaho. Hunt upland and ducks with my shorthair, Rowdy. Got another shorthair on the way from Outlander GSPs, next spring/summer. Hunting season is so close I can almost taste it.

Welcome to the forum from another Spud. Less than 3 weeks and the dogs get to feel feathers in their teeth again.

You must be in the valley. The state high temp record was set up there.

Wow. I figured with those temps you were in Lewiston, I guess it went over 110 there on Thursday. It's 95 in IF now.

So crazy... did not help the wildfire situation at all. Surprise Creek Fire up here in the Cabinets grew by 700 acres the day it was 107. Fortunately it's calmed down to 80 degrees as a high today.

We've had a bunch down here. An 80,000 acre one threatened the town of Dubois Three have been started by wingnuts shooting exploding targets.
