If you want a gsp that is pretty much a gsp you might try No-Mars kennel near Caldwell. If you don't mind an all age bred gsp which usually means quite a bit of pointer influence there are many to choose from.

I currently have a 6 year old female from No-Mars. GREAT DOG!

However Leo died this past year and Clint that took over No-Mars is moving around. I would love to have another out of Tin Man!

I didn't know Leo passed away and am sorry to hear. He bred nice dogs that looked and acted like they should. I don't know anything about the other kennel you asked about.

Brandon Blum is in California and is breeding his Lewey dog to his Madison dog.

If I didnt have a deposit down on another pairing, I would be all over that.

IMO B.B. dogs look more like Pointers, although I am certain they are great GSP's.

Yes I am very particular in the ability to hunt WILD birds and have a look that is pleasing to MY eye.

I bought a dog from Leo, at No-Mars, 7 years ago. Out of Tinman. She has a tremendous amount of drive and has earned her VC title as well as MH. She’s also great on wild Ptarmigan and loves to retrieve ducks.

There is a small breeder near Emmett that might suit you. He actually hunts and his dogs look like gsp's. I think his kennel name is Idaho gsp. There is also a Kennel in the eastern part of the state called Teton kennels that might be of interest.

I have a female GSP from No-Mars; however Leo died and the guy that took over named "Clint" seems to be in the shadows some place. It will be a real shame if the No-Mars line disappears.

I did find what I want a kennel called Best Gun Dogs owned by Jared Moss. Tomorrow morning I will drive 635 miles to pick up my 10 week old female GSP. This kennel has No-Mars in it's blood. I will call my pup Gyspy.

VERY VERY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
