Pheasant Bites

My wife LOVES this recipe we learned from an old neighbor. Cube pheasant breasts, marinate overnight in Italian dressing or whatever marinade you like really, lightly dust with your favorite seasoning (my preference is a BBQ rub) and then wrap the cube in a short piece of bacon and pin with a toothpick. Cook in a deep fryer.
