Did anyone see there were two GSPs at the National Championship in Ames this week? The first one did not have a productive run the 1st day and the second has yet to run, but pretty exciting for the breed.

That's very interesting!
Is Ames televised or live-streamed at all?

Had to check and make sure this wasn’t an old April’s Fools post!

I have a feeling that when there is enough pointer bred into them they may become competitive

either way good for them.

I sent the running order to a friend and said, “pretty cool, even if they do occasionally throw some lemon and white, and can’t swim to save their life!”

. (100% conjecture)
My hat’s off to the hard work and determination!

Spent a few minutes on the Ames website today to check out the dogs that ran and look at some pedigrees. Small world…….the sire/grandsire of the GSP’s that qualified was owned for a while by one of our past members here on the forum who lived locally. “ultracarry” , he, Brad27 and I would hook up and work dogs together near my house. I was curious how Tac turned out, only saw him as a pup. Pretty dang good, 4xCH 4xRUCH!
