First time on the forum...
This is my first posting on the forum, though I've gotten much advice and help by reading lots in the past. My wife and I are friends of Grant and Lindsay and actually live just down the road from them. We were given our first GSP last year and absolutely loved him. Coco was an older dog and unfortunately he passed away during Thanksgiving. We are looking for another pup now (either a GSP or a GWP, female). Any help would be great. Thanks guys.
Hello, and good luck.

Welcome aboard. Walnut Hill or Ron Wilson are near you and are two of the best. Don't think I would bother to look any place else.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!
Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

Welcome!
Second the Walnut Hill rec. Having your breeder/trainer close by is a huge advantage.
Best,

Contact Ron Wilson at www.wilsonwirehairs.com if you are serious about a GWP. He has some great litters and quite a few members on the board have his dogs (including myself). He is also local to you in Dallas,GA. He has a litter that is due any day now that should produce some great pups.
If you want a GSP contact Brenda Roe ("snips" on this board, you could probably just PM her). I would assume they will have another litter out of Rick's Fritz this spring. I would definitely jump on one of those pups if they are breeding him again this year. Grant bought Kage from Brenda and Rick.
You couldn't go wrong with either breeder and they are really great people. They would both help you find the right pup for what you are looking to do. I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy a pup from either of them and hopefully when I get my kennels finished will be in the market also...

Rick and Brenda have two litters planned. A Fritz x Sally litter and another that sounded interesting.
She also posted about a Fritz x Spice litter and one out of a Razorhaven's Revolution female that she had trained.
I've heard good things about Razorhaven's Revolution.
Best,

Thanks everyone...
I've checked on litters from both Wilson and one from Brenda's. Now is just deciding which one works best for us.
Pup on the way...
"There was a litter whelped today out of a super nice female I trained, she is a linebred daughter of FC Razorhaven Revolution (out of 2 DC"S). and was bred to my 6x NSTRA CH Gambles Rip-n-Logan."
I am getting a female from this litter. Can't wait. Thanks for all the help and I'm sure I'll be around with more questions.

Sounds to me like a good choice.
