contribution

Would becoming a Premier member be the best way to make a contribution to GDF to help with costs associated with maintaining the forum/

That would be an excellent idea and a lot of help to Grant.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

Got it. I wonder if Gun Dog magazine has anything to do with this site? One cheap un-principled sucker to another, this I won't balk at. Could have been the same over there.

grant@gundogforum.com

I don't mind supporting it, but not the way it happened elaswhere!

Your cheap un-principled friend! :D

Don,

You know I feel the same way. I can't feel right about supporting a business decision based on interrupting friendships that are already in place to help bail out a magazine that is failing. It could have been easily accomplished in a way that all members could live with.

There's more dog info over here and less BS, also some nice knowledgable people. I have already run into a couple of people I know.

Thanks my friend.

Will get that corrected

When I made the comment on the other board Don, I assumed you were a contributor here. I'm sure this is what they'll do over there; give you a choice.

Yes, that is a good way to help out. You can find more info here: http://gundogforum.com/index.php?page=premier

The money I get from ads and premier memberships basically cover the server costs (not to mention development time). Any help is appreciated =)

aaahhhhh! Ok, it looked GREAT in firefox, but good ole IE freaked out on that page for some reason. I reworked some code and we're good now. (I had to reboot my Mac into XP!!! ugh!) I hate micro$oft.

https://www.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/pur ... duct_id=29

that is the link to the getting the premier account

How many of us build our names via the internet plus our dogs...it is a small price to do to help support the sites

As I have said before The cost of boards can get pricey specailly ones where you have larger bandwidth or boards like v bulletin which makes moderating much easier

Sure don't get a magazine with this one but I feel better not only being part of the board but being able to post litters here..I think being a premeir member is the proper thing to do.
