Great pics but the dog looks very big (as in way oversized). might try focusing on what is behind the dog rather than the dog.
Where were those pictures taken?

Thank you all for the kind replies.

Shadow,

The collar is an extension of his check cord. He has a tendency to forget COME. So the cheap Dogtra 200ncp with the pager works really well.
That vibration is enough to get his attention. Yesterday we went on a walk through the neighbor hood with out him on his cord and he did very will with the many distractions.

Gus is an 18 month old Britt that loves to please. I have not been able to effectively teach Whoa. His whoa is a stop for 2 to 3 seconds then a come at the same time.
I'm a sure it is the teacher and not the student.

He is doing well on retrieves, (and did not have to force fetch). But may have to do some work on "to hand" delivery. He routinely drops sticks, dummies, footballs what ever, either at my feet or within 3'

He is perhaps the best family dog I've ever had including those I grew up with.

He's not to bad in the field either. :D
