Software for entering Field Trials and Hunting Tests

Post by tenbearsviz » Thu Aug 07, 2008 12:35 pm

As field trial season nears, check out a new system that I am developing. It will print the AKC Entry form for Pointing Breed Field Trials and Hunting Tests with all your information entered.

For you folks with vizslas, it will print your QOL number as well as DNA numbers.

It holds your AF Names and FDSB numbers for dual registered trials.

There is a default Amatuer and Pro handler option as well.

For the pro, it is made to track dogs owned and not owned by the pro to assist in billing...

This is what one of my beta sites said after working with the software:
Oh man, this is TOO SLICK. I just did R***'s entries for **** ****** GSP...took me about 2 minutes. OH YEAH. I'm talking 30 dogs in 6 different stakes. OH YEAH.
It is still in beta and is fully funtional, except for a report or two, with a 7 day trial. I can extend the trial to anyone who wants to play with it before purchasing.

Visit my webpage at Field Event Entry Software to download.

Anyone that purchases my other system Field Event Software gets a free copy.

Thanks,

Don

Don~

This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I went online this morning and found your thread, so downloaded trial version and have been putting all our dogs in and then doing entries for two of our last trials (other than our nationals). After doing all the entries for the GSPC of Colorado with your software I told Keith (my husband) that this was fantatastic because after I get our signatures put into the software I will only have to touch the entries twice, once to cut in halves and second to put into envelopes to ship off to the club secretaries. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT IT SAVES ALL THE DOGS (REGARDLESS OF BREED) AND THEIR INFO SO THERE IS NO RETYPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I just finished the second trial and will cut them in halves and stick in their envelopes to mail out tomorrow. Just wanted to let you know this is great. I'm sure I'll get tons and tons of use out of it. Thanks so much!!! Oh 1 question, now I can download this onto my desktop as well can't I and just somehow use my registration #??? Any hints to getting accomplished???
Thanks so much again.

Thanks Robbi,

I am glad you like it. I am open to ANY suggestions to make this a better system.

Erica, The update with the webpage running order will be out within a couple weeks.

I have 5 pros that venture up your way using my entry software now. I am thinking of interfacing the two..... If they sent you a data file and you imported the entries, how cool would that be?
