Very nice Jerry!! LB pups are looking sharp at a young age. Here is another LB pup at about 8 1/2 mos.

The Tank pup looks so much like his daddy and she looks to be very intent. I am just so pleased with what he is producing, looks, brains etc, when they look as good as these 2 do, what more could you ask for. They are doing it in the field as well.

This dog is for sale. He will make someone a special dog. He is really looking good on his birds. He is backing and he loves to retreive. He is Furturity nominated,AKC registered and can be FDSB registered also. He does have have a Micro Chip also. Don't have to worry about his run, he has plenty of that. This dog needs a field trial home. I do have a pictue of him on birds if you need anymore pictures.

Here is an email I recieved today about Tank a LB & Wendy male pup that will be just 10 mos old in a few days.He was trained by John Prince of Prince's Quality Gundogs in Pitts.Kansas.
A pic of Tank can be seen a few posts back.This is why I breed bird dogs.

I have to tell you two a story about Tank.Last night I was working out in the yard when I realized that I hadn't seen Tank in about 5 minutes.My first instinct was to call for him.But I decided that I was going to walk around and see if I could find him doing something he wasn't suppose to be doing.When I walked to the other side of the house I could see Tank about 70 to 100 yards out in an old pasture standing on point.It was a very impressive looking point head lifted high in the air tail near 12 o'clock sun setting in the background.I admired Tank for a minute from the distance then decide I better walk over and flush that bird.As I walked towards him I was just hoping there was a bird there and it would hold untill I got there to flush it.When I got about 5 yards from Tank he moved his head to look at me but he did not move his feet.I started kicking around and no flush I released Tank.I thought to my self there had to be a bird in that area because Tank wouldn't hold point for that long and that staunchly over old scent.So I said come on Tank let s walk this little field out.Tank hunted head high and prancing through the field like a pro when we got about 20 yards from the fence line at the end of the field Tank went on point again.This time when I walked up a big cackling rooster erupted from the grass in the old pasture.I was so prouud of him I just had to send you two a note.

That sounds like a great bird dog story to me, glad that you have a very nice young dog.

Must be something in the genes', huh? I know that Ted is impressed, I am.

Sounds pretty cool and that John should of had his camera or camcorder with him. Those pictures are hard to come by. I've had the pleasure of meeting John when he brought a female up (he doesn't live but an hour or two from us) to breed to Hud who was here in training at the time. Neat neat stuff guys.

Yeah Robbi John had planned on keeping one of the Hud males for a stud dog but a guy made him a deal he couldn't refuse & I don't think many of us could have refused it either.I told Tank's owner the same about the camera & pic would have loved to have seen it.
