NGSPA All Age Dog of The Year 2008

The Coffelt's (Randy & Nancy) and ourselves were informed the other day by Mike Aldrich the President of the NGSPA that Randy & Nancy's gsp male FC/Regional/Specie Champion MRT's Bingo Buck (BDK'S Fire N The Hole x NFC/FC Heide Ho's MRT) will be presented in March of 2009 @ Booneville, Ark and the NGSPA Nationals w/ NGSPA's All Age Dog of the Year award.
The Coffelt's and we are thankful and excited about this award, Buck has/is an awesome dog and a lot of fun to train and be around. He is doing his momma and daddy (Holly & Mert) proud.

I have been SOOOOOO busy that I have not had a chance to be on here and didn't even know Robbi had posted about Buck!!! We are very excited about this award, Buck is a deserving dog of it. However to us it isn't just Dog Of the Year, but should be Team of the year, as it was a total team effort with Keith and Robbi putting the time into Buck that they do and campaigning him and helping him along! We are very thankful for their efforts and job they have done with Buck (and all our dogs!) This award is a big part of their work! And Congrats are definitely due to them as well!

I thought I read in a thread the other day that you wrote there are no specie champions and that they did away with that a while back, I am confused. Please clarify.

There is no official title, such as FC, NFC, CH etc for species, we just advertise it as he has won both a Regional and a Species Championship. He would be listed as 3XCH and 2XCH ru (I think?) I can not remember the way they do the runner ups if it is just CH as well or CH ru?! We just do it to show what he has done. It wouldn't show that way on a pedigree.
