New Senior Hunter!

Yesterday at the Jedburg, SC Hunt test....we added another Senior Hunter to our house:)

CH Bulkley SharpMtn's Blu Skyes SH* "Ava" completed her Senior in 4 weekends. She was trained by Brenda Roe:)

"Scoop" SharpMtn's Southwind Exclusive at all of almost 7 months old qualified both days in Junior Hunter. Scoop is Sired by our boy "Solo"...who finished his Senior a month ago at the Atlanta hunt test:)

Both handled by my husband, Jimmy:)

Also BIG CONTRULATIONS to Bill Green on his New Master hunter and Senior Hunter legs:)

Congratulations Jimmy and Lara, Ava and Scoop! Job well done. I would also like to say a few words about the super job you do as people that show dogs professionally working so hard to prove them in the field. There are FAR TOO MANY folks out there that neglect that very important end of breeding and proving dogs. THIS, IMO, is to be hugely congratulated. Also, a huge congrats to Bill Green on his hard work paying off also. You and Katie have done a super job in making the MH look easy!!!

Hi Lara,

I met Jimmy this weekend and watched your dogs run. Both dogs looked great. I second what Brenda said and applaud your dedication to the breed. Congrats!

Wassamassaw Shooting Preserve! I recomend you put this Test on your calendar to attend next year.

It was a pleasure to spend time with GunDogGuru (Kevin), YAWALLAC, Joe Stringer, Mr. Welch and the rest of the folks who attended the Jedsburg, SC hunt test.

Congratulations Jimmy & Lara on your new Senior Hunter! I overheard a lot of compliments under the tent on how Jimmy Spears dogs were performing in the field.

Young Scoop attracted many attendees attention with his puppy charm.

Thank You to the Judges who recognized these dogs field work!

Wow...well thank you for your posts and I shared them with Jimmy too! Brenda's assistance with our dogs is largely part of our success:) She not only trained Solo and Ava (now Dani) but she gives continued support. THAT has been as beneficial as the training itself. Thanks again for the posts! Lara
