CH/Field ptd Liver Brittany

Post by JenvyBritts » Wed Feb 10, 2010 2:08 pm

I just wanted to brag about my new Brittany special for this year.

Introducing CH Blueridges Wind Of Adventure, AKA Rhett! He is a gorgeous AKC liver Brittany, he is a Best in Specialty show winner, finished in the show ring at 8 months, and is a field pointed All Age dog. He is out of two Dual Champions: Sire is DC/AFC Blueridge Major Adventure and dam is DC T'Kalis Feel The Wind. Rhett is a true dual dog, being able to be a wonderful loving companion as well as a superb hunter.

I will be specialing him for his proud owner this year, watch for us in the show ring around TX! We look forward to showing the judges a nice liver. He may also venture back into the field later on and aim to finish his DC title.

Stunning looking Britt! Very nice.

Here's the question. Is he related to Wild Mtn Shake Ya Tailfeather (Soldier)? Helen Riggle has him in Pennsylvania. Just curious. Anyhow, congrats on your Britt and best of luck in the specials!

Yes, he is related to Soldier. They are half brothers, both have the same sire - DC/AFC Blueridge Major Adventure.

Thanks!

Oh yes, he's a great dog. Wonderful temperment. When he wants to, he can put a heck of a run in doing the trials. That is, when he wants to!
