Shameless Brag (Revised with Official Results)

Post by topher40 » Sun Apr 18, 2010 6:34 pm

Today we completed the AFTCA walking trial season here in Kansas and I finished with a first and second place in the puppy stake. Not that puppies mean or even count for a whole bunch but if all you have is a bunch of puppies then you had better give it your all. These two pups are pictured on my site at http://www.cekkennels.com/puppies . Lee and Mia are there names, and hopefully Lee's breeding took! 8) She is 23 days along if she did, so it is still to soon to tell. But I digress, Lee has secured her place as the RU Puppy of the Year in the Kansas walking stakes! The first placed dog for Dog of the Year points is also another dog that I owned and have since parted ways with, Bull! Mia is off to a good start and has only run in two trials thus far and took second in her second one. She has big shoes to fill to finish out her puppy season this fall but I am confident in her potential. Now it is off to a HB trial in two weeks and preparing for Lee's derby year that shows tons of promise! Thanks for reading and if any of you are interested in her litter, if she took, feel free to call anytime!! These will be a double bred Houses Line Up litter of pups.
