He is a handsome boy. I think he likes the birds better than the butterfly. :)

Here are a couple more pics of my boy pointing some pen raised quail. Next up are the real deal. We'll be going to South Dakota in the middle of November to hunt Phez. He'll get to stretch his legs on the prairies.

Those ears never seem to cooperate!

Gorgeous dog. I'm almost jealous. It's been three years since my pups were that size. I just bred my Abbey bitch AI with frozen High Tailing Saddle from Kevin Joyce. Can't wait to start over again with pups.

Nice pup Doug. Will you be bringing this one to the IA Brittany Club Walking Trial in March, since you did so well in 2010?

Hey Jon~Thanks. I'm not sure if we'll be there or not. I guess it all depends on how big he runs. That place was a little small for Roo.

I would have to agree with that. Roo was making his own boundries that day. Speaking of Roo, how is he doing?

Hey Jon~She's doin' good. She's been with Jim West since April. She ran some HB stakes in the spring, and spent the summer in the Sandhills of Nebraska running on Sharpies and Chickens. She's gonna get broke out over the winter and we'll see what happens in the spring.

Hey Doug Thanks for the update.

We have rasied several nice litters of puppies, but this littter has that something special that set's them a part from the others. They are just really nice easy going, puppies that run, hunt, point and back naturally with no B.S. about them.
We have three left and they are all growing and developing awesome, Frankly I really don't care if they ever leave my place they are that nice!

Good luck with Dude and I'm sure he will leave his mark in the field along with his litter mates

Awesome pictures, Doug and Lantz! I am so glad you are both enjoying the pups. Gulledge's have a littermate, Reagen, and they really like her also. I am not sure why everyone has shied away from these guys.....don't know what they are missing!

Here' is my littermate her name is BDK's Rippin Reagan. Some of these pics where this fall and then some where taken during training in the last few weeks with our Aussie x Jax pups (Annie, Walker & Jack).
This female is pretty awesome she backs, she'll stand her birds and let the others run around her while on point , we lost her one day found her standing and she wouldn't budge until Keith got off and flushed the bird before she'd leave. We have a bunch of fun young guns coming up for sure.
