Ain't really a Brag- BUT AK DOGS show was great.

Not about waterfowl hunting- BUT lots of retrievers etc in it- one of the best shows on AK and dogs I've seen.
It brought back many memories to see Lester Erhardt in Tanana from whom I got over 1/2 of my original team-John Shandelmier, a guy I hunted with and raced against for several years in the Yukon Quest and mid distance races-and there was a little black logo on the rescue dogs from Apocalypse designs- a company in Fai that used to make most of my sled gear-clothing etc and also supplied our Mushing catalog( Real Alaska Mushing Co.) with gear.
it was very nice to see something positive and was far superior to the so called Gold Rush show.

I got yo Man but any way I did like the AK dogs show liked it so much i recorded it to my DVR so i can watch it when ever i Want !

I'll be back in Fai in about 10 days for end of Iron Dog- Start of Iditarod-and Tired Iron Vintage Snowmachine- race/rally. I hope to see John S- Joe Runyan and many other old friends.
