18 mo. old FC!

Post by ultracarry » Mon May 30, 2011 7:26 pm

So after a weekend trip to Arizona without me for the GSP trial, my little girl Kimber aka "doodle" has finally done it. She finished her FC with a Amature gun dog 3 point retrieving stake while being handled by a very nice lady who had never worked my dog before. I don't know too much about it but Brad will prob be posting some pics for me and writing something up. Did I mention she is 18 months old? :D

Congratulations!!! If she is an FC at this age, can't wait to hear what she accomplishes in the future.

Wow! Congrats!

And btw - do not use 'finally' and "18 month old FC" in the same sentence. :)

Thank you sir.

I'm sure I will see you next year at cal city. I will try to make it over to the tent next year and drink some beer with you, while your dog cleans up again.

yep, your girl did pretty good on sunday. the condidtions were BAD, wind blowing at 20-40 mph. for the first half of the course we were walking with the wind which made finding birds difficult. kimber got it done though.

tyler, you have a special dog there and it wouldn't suprise me if you put a national on her.

some pics from that winning/finishing brace.

Parks AZ, red tank area. Looks nice. My friend who was drawn for an elk tag out there said he was scouting and left because it was so windy he was getting blow downs.
