Well done. Question for ya: Most pictures of show Britts seem to have most if not all the feathering shaved off and in fact extremely short hair. Is that the "show" standard? If I showed my dog and he wasn't shaven like that would he be out of contention automatically?
I don't like people who don't like dogs......

The feathers are not shaved off

there are some shows where there are judges that put up those britts that have excessive coats and feather when the standards states to much is to be faulted over nt enough same with a hackney gait also to be faulted but there are many judges that put it up.

So you just have to pay attention to which judges put up which dogs

PLus these dogs are still young they will not have that longer coat but they will feather out a bit more as they mature

Arlette,

you know the ring isn't my thing, I trip in high shoes especially when I am wearing a skirt...but this is fantastic! I will gladly put dollars down that these dogs will finish dual if they win their show ch. I have watched them and been quite impressed and in my talks with Paul recently I can tell that his eyebrows are more than raised...
wish I could have gotten my hands on one. :D

You can wear flats in the ring....would hate to see you trip and hurt yourself LOL

As for Paul my buddy down south was talking to him as Paul had another of the chuck pups in for summer hunt dog training and he really liked her also. My buddy was surprised because he says he never hears Paul really talk up a dog he likes them and more often is a pass or fail type reports.

and PS I still have a couple field bred pups available..no show required LMAO
