Thanx Jon. I'm pleased that you elected to allow me to shape, mold and bring him along from the young pup he was when you first started bringing him to me.
He wasn't quite as far forward as I'd have liked in Limited, resulting in a 2nd; but had 5 dead broke finds in a steady rain and 3 of those off course, with 1 requiring a relocate.
If you don't mind my sharing your brag, Wyatt being slightly off his game allowed young Jake that I've been working and handling, whom I know you also love, an opportunity to shine and Win the Limited for 2 points. Jake is just 22 months old, has 4 points under his belt and a Senior Hunter.

In the Gundog, Wyatt worked more on his game and put down a nice forward run to earn the 3 points, with 4 dead broke finds and 1 of those requiring a relocate under the Cedar in the Multiflora. I was once again not only pleased with his performance, but was also quite pleased with young Jake for once again laying down a nice run to garner a 3rd.

It was indeed a VERY good weekend for the "pups"!

He needs just 2, with 1 needing to be a retrieving.

I'm pulling for you guys. Sounds like a great dog for sure. I'll be trying to make it to eurika this year for the amateur. Hope I get to see him run.

We have been discussing the potential Tyler, but haven't set anything in stone.

Another nice job with Wyatt and good to see Jake coming along. Maybe if you guys aren't too busy you want to join a fellow shorttailer in Marienville the next few weekends toward the end of March and early April. At the rate you are going Wyatt should be finsihed by then and Jake "bleep" near.
