Bianca's NAVHDA Utility Test

I am very excited to share that the puppy I kept from our "B" litter, Bianca vom Coraschatten, ran in her NAVHDA Utility Test yesterday. I ran her in the Northcentral Wisconsin NAVHDA chapter's test with a fantastic group of folks. After a few little hiccups and a couple of hairy moments, Bianca was able to pull it off and earn 195 points and a Prize I at the end of the day. I'm so proud of my little girl and can't wait to see how she does in her first hunting season. She is 10 months old so I think we might have a lot of fun ahead of us

Thanks so much to everyone for the kind words. We have had a lot of fun training with Bianca and hope to see her do well in many more tests...and obviously on real hunts as well.

I did just receive confirmation from the NAVHDA central office that Bianca is the 2nd youngest dog to earn a Utility Prize I. She was approximately 319 days old at her test.

In case folks are curious, the youngest dog to earn a Utility Prize I was a GWP named South Paw Vixen. She earned 187 points and a Prize I at just 305 days of age.
