Puppy intro
Really proud of the patience my guy Fiddle has for his new brother. He has been known to track down pups and "attack" them. Never drew blood but certainly went beyond normal dominance establishment. Was going to bring in the ecollar but decided I didn't know what I was doing on this one and worked with a local pro trainer (not gun dog trainer). She coached me through a very simple approach with sitting Fiddle down and shoving the pup's but in his face. He tried to snap the first two times. Then we went on a walk on leash and within eyesight of each other to try to calm him down, did the intro again and it was better. I put a muzzle on and let them off leash, things seemed good so we took the muzzle off. Very simple but I am glad I called the trainer and realized I didn't know what I was doing.
