Sweetsong's Wildfire Greta took 2nd at the St. Croix Valley Brittany Club's walking trial. She had a great run with 3 finds. Had lots of fun even in the rain and met some wonderful people. I don't have many of the placements but I hope Chris B. logs on with some info. He judged the Amateur Gun dog.

Terry, It was good seeing you and your boy Noah. Did he make it home with his $6 that everyone was working on conning him out of?

I think over in the events there is a topic for the walking trial. I'll post the results that I know of over there.

Hi Chris,

Noah was able to hang on to his money at the trial but the minute we got to St. Cloud we had to stop and Gander Mtn. so he could spend it. We will have to bring our boys to the next trial.

Wow you got the kid going the right way, spending all his money on outdoor stuff at Gander Mountain!!!

Let's keep in touch about the next trials we head to and you can bring Noah and I will make sure Tom comes along. I'm pretty certain a good time will be had by the both of them.

Noah is a good kid. I was only too happy to pay off my bet to him when he bit into that lime. I thought I almost had my 5 spot back when I offered to trade three coins to him, 36 cents. He thought about it for a minute, and then said no! LOL

Congrats!! In all the trials we have run over the years we have found out 1 thing. It is great to come home with a ribbon, even greater to win! But making friends and visiting with old friends is what it is about down the road.

Hi Mark,

Noah and I had a great time at the trial. Noah can't wait until the next one and he hope all of the people he met will be there as well. Eating out was a highlight for Noah, he still talking about it.
