I am heading out to SD Nov. 20 for a week to hunt the public lands. Just north of Sioux Falls in Watertown. Went last year and had a blast, more pheasants than I could shake a stick at. Hope this year turns out just as well.
Dear Lord, Please make me the kind of person my dogs think I am.

PLOTS lands in ND are way, way down. I think over half of the places on the map that we scouted had crops in, had been hayed or grazed or were otherwise no longer bird habitat.
