A quick look for Ringnecks here in Nebraska

Didnt find any Roosters but did see plenty of hens and managed a few pics. The dogs had a great time.

Fletch found the first one with a nice head crank to boot.

Milo found the second one sitting tight.

Fletch found the next two in a waterway not to far apart but they sat really nice.

For some reason I thought you guys/gals out in the midwest could take hens. Looks like a great day, though!

We hunted around Cairo right after Christmas we didn't see anything but hunted late afternoon. The landowners that morning saw 7 or 8 roosters and about a dozen hens.

Man, those a couple of great looking dogs and beautiful land. Wish we had land and birds like that here in VA!
