What kind of whistle and bell do you have for your dog when you go hunting?

Roy GOnia Clear COmpetition Whistle with a "Cow Bell" Bell. Prefer the beepers in heavier cover though.

Tri-Tronics. Like this line becasue the speaker is pointed away from the dogs ears.

I just started using a bell this year for Blue Grouse. I bought the Swiss made medium range bell from Lion Country. I could hear the dog out to about 200 yards (give or take). I liked it more than the TT beeper.

I quit using a whistle because I used it out of fustration more than anything else and it became a nuicence(sp?) to me and others. I replaced the whistle with the tone feature of my TT e-collar. This has aided two fold as I know for certain the dog heard me and I can correct the refusal with better timing.

FWIW
