But since we are duck hunting hacks, we figured we didnt have the dekes right or the boat was making them flare. SO, we tried again the next day.As luck would have it, we were just in the wrong place! We ended up with 12 Teal, 3 really nicely marked drake Teal and some good and bad dog work. The kids got a lot of shooting and I got some Go Pro video to share.
I like the Go Pro, but unless you are having ducks fall in the dekes, it isnt very good. I think 35 yards and beyond it gets sketchy. I still like it though. I feel bad that most the shooting you see is me, but my son refused to wear the Go Pro(Heavy on your head).He had some cool shots, one where the duck was coming right for him and hit dropped it at his feet! I had a great time with my boy!
I got a Scotch double! After I made it, I said some crazy phrase that I have no idea where it came from. Maybe listening to my kid or on t.v. But since I dnt know how to edit sound, you are stuck listening to it. I have to say I am embarrassed
, but it doesnt take away the awesomeness of the shot, I just got a little excited! :multi: Try to set your youtube to HD so you can see the birds fall.
