Looking for S. TX bird lease

I know it is slim pickins but figured it cant hurt to try. A buddy and myself are starting to look for next year. Isn't much on leasehunter. Cameron, Hidalgo, Willacy, Starr counties. This is my first year in TX from PA. I have a few local spots that were great for this year, but dont want to hunt them too much in the future, so a lease would be nice for weekend trips.

I won't be in those counties but I will have weekend hunts set up in Crockett as well as a hunting preserve outside of Houston. I know it's not a lease but it is an option for a weekend of fun. Crockett is home to Houston County Lake which is known for it's Bass fishing. Spring time is prime and would be ideal for a combo hunt/fish package. There is a campground on the lake and I'm hoping to have a huntable pheasant population as well as quail.
