Looking to travel to Wisconsin for a short weekend of upland hunting with my GSP. I’m not looking for any of your personal honey holes or spots, but I have been looking over the past several days and haven’t found much on the area besides what the state provides! Is the south eastern and central part of the state any good or worthwhile for grouse, woodcock, or pheasants? Would love to get on some birds and I’m willing to listen to any and all advice!
Thanks again!

Re: Hunting Wisconsin pheasant and woodcock
There are basically no wild pheasant populations in Wi. We are known for grouse and woodcock which are North of 64 for the most part.
LIFE WITHOUT BIRD DOGS AND FLY RODS REALLY ISN'T LIFE AT ALL.
