Got a invite to hunt next week around Canadian, TX. Have heard bird leases farther south had very few birds. I have 1 two year old, and 2 one year olds, and 1 nine month pups that would be great if they could actually see wild birds. They see pen raised birds every week. They need something that they can't sneak up on, or catch.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

Got a friend that went to Memphis,Tx...about 1 hour South. I think he said they got into 6 covey's in a day and a half, way below average ( that's about 5 1/2 more than I have found in Throckmorton). Historically..birds are pretty good in the panhandle. But it's been a tough year everywhere..Good luck
