Went out Saturday morning for a little hunt. Jagger, 11 month old pup found several birds and I managed to shoot one of them.

I case nobody has noticed, our dogs are much better at finding birds than we are at shooting them. Maybe our dog's, in appreciation of our efforts on their behalf, should give us some shooting instructions!

Nice dog! Did it give you the eye on the miss's? Look at that look in his eye's; "I found three and he only hit's one. Pathetic". I know that look well!

Ya he hates when I shoot and yell no bird! He likes to hear dead bird......He is not even a year old yet and only been out 7 times, he will learn I can't shoot! He shouldn't complain too much though out 7 times and have 15 kills.

I know that look. It's the look like if your dog could talk it would say "Really, Seriously, I lock the bird up and it flushes right under your feet and you still miss maybe I should shoot and you should point the birds."

Clearly your dog is saying "hey, how bout we put a shock collar on YOU and everytime YOU miss I shock YOU?!?" I know I'd be in trouble if me and my dog did that

Electric Shorthairs,

If our dogs could shoot, they would not even take us along!

Dave,

We're waiting for fresh pictures with the snow on the ground! :D I know we've had plenty of white cover here in MN & ND for the past few weeks now and getting more all the time. Our "northern lodge" has at least 14 inches of snow cover.
