The day started out decent with a fairly stylish point, little did I know that it was going to be several miles and several thousand vertical feet before I had another contact.
After the long snow filled hike I wanted to make the best out of the point so I neglected to take a pic but did get a couple of the retrieve.
The birds were doing a horrible job cooperating today but Bandit managed to get this covey pointed

Besides the numerous 400 yd flushes I saw a ton of this today

We did end up getting another covey pointed but like before I had to make it count and the birds were not putting up with any photo shoots so I shot my benelli instead of the camera. All in all it was still a fun day hunting.
