1000 acre hunting grounds near Austin Tx

I have leased 1000 acres in 6 parcels about 10 minutes from Austin Tx for gun dog/ hunting use. There are some wild quail as well as tons of dove. The land is all within 5 mins from Cabellas in Buda. If you want to get in on the hunting and recreational land use I am taking on co-land stewards at $350 per hunter per year to cover my expenses. There are 6 parcels, so there shouldnt be any issues with usability. Fyi- This is a HOT dove ground. PM me or see my webpage.

Its nice to see a fellow Texas dove hunter on this forum! I would love to get in on that 1000 acres with you but I'm too far north to get down there enough to justify a lease. Good luck finding some lease partners, and lets hope the dove are all over Texas this fall.
