WV woodcock

I plan on hunting woodcock in west Virginia this coming fall, somewhere below the Potomic river in the western part of west Viginia. would anyone know if this might be a good location?

Western WVa and the Potomoc?.....pick the proper time and habitat for success with any migratory bird.

Never hunted there. Your best bet is to call the local DNR person/biologist, and if there's any forestry depts or logging call those folks. Good luck!
