IL Deer season

Anyone else in IL going out to try there luck at the Bow season opener tomorrow ?

I used to get all pumped up to go out on opening day but I have never shot a deer before oct 20th so ill wait a few more weeks. Good luck if you going out.

Gramps will be out in Fulton County, opeining day and probably every day of both gun and archery season after that. He turned 83 last year and decided to pick up bow hunting. True story no BS, he needed a pace maker and he told the doctor that he didn't want it if it was going to be near his shooting shoulder. I will be out there for gun season.

I've spent most of my free time this summer scouting and managing my food plots saw several deer this morning so far waiting for a better shot, thank god for smart phones and wireless internet hahaha

I wish I was out in the woods right now hunting. Need to find out if I got this job first before I get my license. If I don't then I will be heading up north to go get me some venison.
