Regular Season Opener

This was our regular season opener
Morning geese
Matt had his 6 month pup Otter out with us for her first hunt, the plan was to break her in easy with a single then maybe a pair etc... Well, we got the single part & that was about it... It was a great hunt & an awesome pre-vue of how good a dog Otter is going to be!

Evening ducks
We headed out that same afternoon to have a go at some ducks with Matts son Rowan. We decided to do it old school & hunt the tree line with a small spread. It couldn't have worked out any better, we shot a few ducks, Otter did great & there's nothing better than watching Rowan & seeing how much he loves hunting already, he's got it in his blood!!! That's what it's all about!
