Opening Day Texas Panhandle Quail Hunt

Did anybody see any birds. If so in what area? I was busy with the kids and did not get to go out. I've heard some good things but wanted to check and get some actual reports. Nobody I have talked to know actually went hunting.

I've heard some things out of South Texas that are ok. What areas have you heard good things about?

Ok sounds great to me after last year. I have heard that Wellington, TX may have some good quail numbers, but that is why I posted this was to get confirmation.
