Looking really good. Been out three times limited out twice. I hunted private land the first place got one saw two flocks phez of 6 or more in each. Got the loner. Second place down the road saw a little bigger numbers hunted that two days and limited out both. Going to be checking out some other farms that ive contacted who say theyve been seeing them. Don't want to burn up spots and not leave any roosters. Ill say last winter and spring really helped out. Hopefully one day Illinois will be like SD again but don't got my hopes up.

Just talked to my buddy that hunts pheasants in IL. He says it's been pretty good. Spotty in places but some spots are holding lots of birds. W. Iroquois seems to be better than E. Iroquois county (where he lives). Ford is good.

I will be going next weekend for a couple days hunt with him.
