Virginia Hunting Preserves

Anyone have a good recommendation for places to take my dog out to hunt in Virginia? Obviously public lands aren't a great choice because wild birds are limited but does anyone hunt near Quantico and have a good recommendation?

Also I have a lot of land here to hunt so I could plant some birds but don't know where to get them around here

There are quite a few within an hour drive. Shady Grove Preserve is up 17 not to far from you. Try craigslist for birds to plant, also the Rappahannock NAVHDA group isn't far from you either. Should look them up. I live in Fairfax so if you want to meet up for a hunt sometime let me know.
