We did our last trip for the spring up to Ace High Adventures hunt club near Fresno.
We had a great time and 5 of our group of 9 stayed the night over at nearby Harris Ranch to celebrate the season end. Nice hotel, restaurant and bar. Dog friendly hotel for you guys that have dogs.
We had about 100 pheasant for our group of 9. The group had brought a lot of our own dogs and we had about 8 dogs plus the dog handler's 2 dogs. Probably didn't need him, but it worked out anyway.
The dogs did a good job in the warm weather. Robert had 100 gallon wash tub in his pickup bed that we dubbed "the dog jacuzzi" which we used to cool the dogs after a bit in the field.
