Are the Woodcock gone from the NE and Mid-Atlantic yet

Given the snow cover over much of western PA would it be fruitless to look for woodcock tomorrow?

We saw one in upstate SC last week. Not sure if that helps...

Don't know about western pa but eastern saw a few a couple of weeks ago. I know they are working their way into Delaware at the moment from New Jersey.

For sure...in Central VA. I found over a dozen last week...i hope they stick around for the second season opener next week.
